Our client R. Max Holmes, president and CEO of Woodwell Climate Research Center, was invited to give a talk at the Garden Club of America in Washington D.C. The club is a non-profit, national organization with more than 18,000 members that care about a beautiful, healthy planet.

Holmes brought his concept to the Creative Studio—how forests sequester carbon—and requested a highly visual deck that would support that story. We worked with him and his team to develop a branded presentation with bold typography, Woodwell brand colors, and streamlined elegance.

The original visuals for the talk included illustrated panels to show the life of carbon in a forest, a bar chart with global carbon styled like smokestacks, and a cohesive deck that made his ideas visible.

The Creative Studio took a pretty complex topic and made it feel clear, visual, and engaging. The slides didn’t just sit in the background—they really helped tell the story. I appreciated how collaborative the process was, and the final presentation truly reflected our brand and message.”
